Hi, I’m Noor Al-Omari
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — from yourself or your relationships? I provide a warm, culturally-attuned space for individuals and couples to process life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Life can be challenging when you're carrying the weight of anxiety, unresolved trauma, or pain. Whether you're struggling with your mental health, navigating grief, or working through relationship challenges, therapy can offer a path to healing and growth. I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves more deeply, and build stronger connections.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I specialize in trauma and attachment-based concerns, helping clients explore the roots of emotional pain in a safe, compassionate space. I’m trained in CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and The Gottman Method for couples. Therapy with me is both supportive and goal-oriented.
Seeking help takes great courage, and I’m here to make that journey easier for you. As an Arab, bilingual therapist, I understand how cultural identity, family dynamics, and generational patterns can impact mental health. I aim to provide a space where all parts of your identity are welcome — especially for those who may have felt unseen or misunderstood.

This is your safe space
